David Bierstone is a graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1986. He previously received undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Toronto in modern languages and literatures, consistently standing first in his class, and he was awarded several scholarships and prizes, including a gold medal. He is trilingual (English, French and Spanish).

David is experienced in many areas of civil litigation, including motor vehicle, occupier's liability, product liability, assault, municipal, construction and insurance coverage matters. He has a particular interest in appellate work, to which he brings a unique blend of literary flair, creativity and persuasiveness.

He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Toronto Lawyers' Association and the American Association for Justice.
