Thank you for the note, I am doing as well as possible. I have thought a great deal about everything you did for us after my accident, and I have found it challenging on how to say how much more you and your staff exceeded our expectations. We did expect to have our case treated with professional courtesy, thoroughness and efficiency. We found that you gave us this and much more. You explained every step of the process in a logical and comprehendable manner. But what really struck us was the genuine concern and thoughtfulness we were shown (with the regular calls just to see how I was feeling and to give regular updates). I also very much appreciated the lengths you went to in assisting me in finding means of treatment for the pain control. If anyone would like to know more regarding my case, I would be happy to tell them. I also wanted to let you know where I invested some of the settlement.
